I went on for a few weeks like this, spending so much time worrying about what was happening to me and why I felt the way I did. In time I then went on to develop constant anxiety.
My anxiety condition became worse over the years through receiving bad advice from so called specialists.If your anxiety is triggered by external events, avoid watching the news, reading newspapers, and visiting news-related websites. It is fine to tune in to the latest news developments once a day, but you want to avoid feeding your anxieties with a steady stream of disheartening and threatening news throughout the course of the day.
When you wake up in the morning you should take the time to say several positive affirmations aloud to yourself. Vocalize how you want your day to be and the specific goals you have for accomplishing that day. With this set in your mind, go out and make the day go the way you planned.
